HELP I have a pinched Nerve from Kneck down to back shoulder blade for OVER 2 WEEKS!!

Its been 2 weeks now maybe longer that I have had this damn pinched nerve, it hurts when i looke down and when i turn my head to the left, its a shooting pain from my kneck shooting down to my shoulder blade area!

Anyone have any remedys for this shit, cause its fucking killing me! Wish I had some muscle relaxers or something, lol!

Any help is appreciated

I get those sometimes too. Seems like the more you try to stretch it out the worse it gets. Do you ever go to a chiropractor? That's helped me quite a bit.

2 weeks is a long time. I get them just like that. I bet it happened after you woke up.
If so, its not pinched. Tramadol and/or tylenol 650mg every 4-6 hrs around the clock with hot compress is best. Please no chiro pracs.
Id give you some flexeril or something but I doubt you live close by brutha

I have done this three times in my life. A chiropractor saved my life. Took three visits over a week with a massage everyday.

It might be muscle spasms man. When I had muscle spasms I couldn't turn to the left or up. I massaged it and used a baseball to apply pressure directly to the spasm and it broke that spasm up and things got better. You can use anything you have handy to apply pressure though, if your wife can find it, she can even push on it and try to break it up. If that's even what it is though and FYI, it's going to hurt like hell when you apply pressure

well i had a chiropracter play around with it today at the gym and it made it worse. Granted he wasnt in the office doing it properly but still it worries me incase i have a major problem going on, as i was told at the E.R it was a trap tare, and yes i went to the emergency room for this shit yesterday, thats how bad it is.
