help with daily food intake?

im having trouble eating my meals during the day, ive been trying as hard as i can to eat every meal on time, and finish all my food. i havent been able to keep it up. ive been supplementing with digestive enzymes, called engorge and with animal pack vitamins. im supplementing EQ into my regimen as well for the winter and still havent been able to hit my numbers. any body have any suggestion?

ive been trying to force feed myself, but i just cant do it. its wierd too because a couple of months ago, i coulnt eat enough, my apitite was uncontrollable.

any advice would be much appreciated guys.
 
It's hard for sure. Sometimes your body just doesn't want to do it. Going through the same thing right now myself. Need to invent a high calorie high protein supplement with less volume.
 
I have times like this too. Sometimes the appetite is just not there. I still try to eat as much as I can, but sometimes it just doesn't seem like enough. However, I think your body is smarter than you are. Maybe it just needs a break for the overfeeding?

Sometimes 8 meals a day isn't enough, sometimes eating 6 meals a day is exhausting. Just like anything else, there are ups and downs.

Has anything else changed since your appetite was insatiable a few months ago? Additional stress? Less sleep?
 
I'll do you one better, sometimes I'll be hungry but still can't eat. Nothing sounds good. Now that's a weird sensation.

bigness, when you say drinking your meals are you referring to shakes/weight gainers or blending food into smoothies or something else?
 
Go to a NQ or National bodybuilding show and look at everyone. You'll be eating everything that isn't nailed down for months. I do 1 or 2 1500cal shakes with my insulin each day and 2lbs of red meat and 1lb of fish or chicken per day along with protein bars, brown rice, pasta, and some McDonalds. I've recently started making 2 2lb lean ground beef and turkey meatloafs a day.

only thing thats really changed is the diet itself, was eating alot more chicken, ive switched up to steak through the day and fish at night for two meals. ive cut back on so supplements. and im drinking two protien shakes a day with a cup of oats.

for other supplements: im doing a gram of test/w
600mg eq
100mg tren/d
halotestin 20mg/d

thats another change. im taking an oral.

im doing something pritty simalar dude, im eating 2lbs steak/d and trying to eat 2lbs of fish, i do 2 cups brown rice and 2 cups oats/d. i make about 10 fish tacos every night. but my shakes are small maybe both together 1000 calories. i dont eat any bars or fast food.

this bodybuilding stuff is hard LOL.....its hard to get everything right.

dude, do you think it could be the halotestin im taking? its been along time sence i took any kind of oral supplements.

orals KILL my appetite. I'm also of the opinion you may be eating too clean for the calories you need. I'm not like Nuk or Presser, I have to have very calorie dense foods and shakes to hit what I need. I always eat my meat and shakes. The rest of my food is aimed at being calorie dense. You're eating pretty clean. If you are having trouble hitting your calories I suggest meatloaf, lasagna, subs, etc.

thanks Dude, i really appreciate the advice, i am and have been for awhile eating very clean, no salt no sugar what so ever. im gonna take your advice man, i seriously have been so frustrated, feels like ive been spinning my wheels.
