Hey guys ,

I'm back after a very stressful month . I couldn't stay away from here that long . Last month I survived the anniversary of my brother's suicide . It wasn't easy . What's almost equal is losing the love of my life last week . It's not what I wanted but unfortunately it takes two people to want a relationship . I'm gutted . Before xmas sucks more ..Never felt such heartache before . Only one week in .. I think it's going to take a long time to get over this one . Not sleeping at night .
That said I am a survivor and I will rise above all of this . I really have no choice but to push forward . I am looking forward to next year as "the year I reach some of my goals and put on some real SIZE ". Hey ..I figure the better my body the more I will get LAID !
I have lots of time this winter to read previous posts . Hoping to really be well versed in a lot of these topics . There is so much I can learn from this forum .

Here's to outgrowing my clothes in the new year ! F*ck yea !

Bro I'm sorry for all the crap that you have to deal with. I assume the one yr for your brother right? Holidays are hard on people. Women? Ha, hell look at my age and I'm still single. I know that pain of loosing someone and of being left in the dust, and honestly bro, God has seriously helped me through it all. God's my best friend bro, and he's always been there for me. Idk how you feel about God, but if you want me to teach you some things and show you some cool stuff in the Bible that'll help you out, shoot me a PM (and that actually goes for anyone here).
