Alright, first of all... I am personally scared of DNP ... too much genetic bullshit in my eyes... but then again, to each thier own. In regards to "YouKnowWho" ... no drama necessary... electronic shock therapy.. or whatever it is... that's something else all together... and unless it's fitness based... put it in general conversation... bottom line is... we ALL benefit from someone's personal experiences on ANY substances... not that i advise anyone to personally do anything on here (ahem) ... bottom line is... each experiences is a learning one.. and everyone has a basis line for how 'something' is supposed to react to someone's body... but each person is different and therefor these experiences allow us ALL to learn... and hopefully associate our symptoms/body types/eating styles to our own personal lifestyles..

now in regards to vegetarian/vegan lifestyle... that's your preference.... I can assume... without worry of embarrasing myself that MOST people here are NOT vegetarians.... why? .. well ... maybe it's just 9 years of posting experience on this board, discussing diets, and bb'ing... This site does NOT specialize in vegan bb'ing... so don't assume you're going to get NON MEAT eating responses... and do the community a favor... do NOT bust on us 'meat eaters' ... regardless of how I feel about certain types of people, or certain lifestyles.. this board will not condone flaming on any "TYPES" ... so lets just keep it to DNP, b/c in regards to a true DNP LOG... so far... GOOD JOB ... it's been a while since we've seen a good dnp log.

Keep it up, be safe, and feel free to discuss ANYTHING that you think directly impacts your DNP results. I don't care if it has to do w/ your period or whatever.... if you think women need to know what effects what... and it has to do w/ DNP then fine... and if you think that electro shock therapy has an IMPACT in on your DNP results... please state this stuff.... some people have to do some serious medical shit... and who knows who actually has similar experiences as you do. It is our job as mods to make sure you do not get flamed for you being honest and helpful to everyone here.... and I won't tolerate ANY bullshit from anyone who is gonna diss a log that we all can learn from...

that's my .02

Alright...enough already. Please everyone including jrt...lets keep the thread on topic. If there is something that may be affecting your results in certain ways in may be important to mention. I don't care if you say it makes you constipated and you are on your period, etc, etc, whatever. Just keep the posts to the point. I wont tolerate any more BS from anyone else regarding this.

As we all mentioned before we have a hard time believing folks who do what many would think are extreme actions. Which includes DNP for about 90% of us around here. So that's why you are getting some disbelieving responses. From now on this is a LOG only. Post dosages, diet, workouts, and weight loss / fat loss. This will keep the thread on topic.

This morning my glutes are sore like I did squats yesterday, only I didn't. The famed DNP sore muscles? Should I take more Taurine?

It appears I've lost 10 lbs in a week. If this is a trend, I will stay on til I lose another 10, see how I feel, and then take a break.

That's a lot of weight in such a short period of time...be careful. Bodies aren't meant to lose 20+ lbs in 2 weeks. I would actually make it so I was losing weight at a slower pace (i.e. eat more protein, carbs, and fat). You can't possibly lose that much without losing muscle with it.

you're probably right. I've been eating just fruit and veggies basically. with some beans and soy. calories probably 1000 a day or less.
I'm trying to go straight vegan. I'm not really interested in pursuing body building anymore, just want to get well and run cycle and lift for fun.

LOL! nice speedo. What makes you think that's poppy cock? I just want to be 115 again and fit all my cute clothes, lift for fun, I've always done it for fun, I don't have the genetics to compete which is what I wanted to do, my genes SUCK ASS, I'd have to take LOADS of steroids and even THEN I still wouldn't be good enough.

never say never. There are so many benifits to keep your muscle mass high. Don't look at it as just a weight contest. Higher muscle mass will help you keep that weight off when you are not taking fat burners. Higher muscle mass will increase your metabolism. I.E. help you keep the fat off. If you lose weight too fast you will be left with loose skin, and stretch marks. You don't want that. Also you state you want to be healthy. Little fat and very little muscle makes for a bad combination health wise.

You would look much better at 125 or 130lbs with a healthy amount of muscle rather than 115lbs of little muscle and little fat. I.E. skeletor syndrom. lol. Don't let your mind trick you into thinking less is more.

Oh I'm not THAT fat that I would have loose skin and stretch marks! I'm not obese! I was 165 on my bulk, 170 after 6 months of not training. I didn't get obese or anything. My body fat went up a lot but it's not like I got huge.

Also most of us don't compete...there is a point where you know your limits. I know I would never make it as a (successful) competetive bodybuilder. That doesn't stop me from lifting and trying to become as muscular and fit as I can be. Bodybuilding isn't just about competitions. You can bodybuild and never even enter a single competition. You don't need to be extremely muscular or have extremely low bodyfat. It's just a term for people who want to make their bodies as fit as they can be. Just like what you are trying to do.

I didn't say you were obese. Maybe I'm different, but I gained 30lbs and it caused some pretty bad stretch marks. Especially once I lost some of the weight it was really visible. I'm just saying in general it's not healthy and there are many reasons to keep your muscle mass high. Please don't take offense to my comments. They are not meant to be offensive to you. I'm trying to provide you with solid fitness advice that hopefully will help you out in the end when you are finished with your DNP cycle.

and I totally appreciate it. I had just hoped I could compete someday but that ain't happening. Maybe figure, but not bb.

I think it's safe to say, in my experience, as a woman, that DNP does not affect me hormonally, and would probably not affect any woman hormonally.

YAY my pants are looser!
Update on my temperature- it rarely goes above 98.0, or a little less. Only when I eat anything with fake sugar, not natural sugar like fruit, does it go up to 99. Dairy sugar actually. Oranges don't make me warm, nor do raisins.
I feel warm in my core all day like I'm doing a brisk walk but my skin stays cool and I don't sweat at all, just a bit on my forehead the couple times I had sugar free ice cream.
I'm getting blood taken not next week but the following week to see where the mono stands. I will also see if the DNP has done anything to blood levels.
