thank you! I'm doing everything right, by the book, no cutting corners. I upped my protein as well. If all goes well with this stuff, if I stay healthy on it like I am now, and it doesn't cause problems, then it's a miracle. I haven't seen the scale like this since last year!
I know, I know, nothing is a miracle. But when you do something right, and keep your head on straight, this stuff really does work. It just, for me, isn't the devil. I feel absolutely fine. I've found drinking Crystal Light with caffeine in it keeps me awake all day, no more naps. Curbs the cravings too. I think DNP is a drug that affects people differently, but if you are SAFE and RESEARCH, it really is OK! (knocks on wood).

yeah, i've never been that affraid of dnp. For some reason im really scared of insulin.... but not dnp.

me too! wouldn't ever touch slin. anyone know the death rate of people who use insulin as opposed to people who use dnp?
dnp just isn't the devil. it just isn't. what else can I say? I take medications that kill thousands of people every year. The FDA approves of these meds. Cigarettes are legal and how many people do they kill each year?
Point being, if you're not a complete fucktard, DNP isn't going to kill you. If you get bad reactions to it, stop and get to the doctor. It's the same for every medication. We all sit and watch the commercials for drugs on tv, with the disclaimers that this pill may cause blah blah blah, heart attack, stroke, death, but millions take it. I don't get it.
End of rant.

So what do you guys think, stop at the 20 lbs mark, wait a couple weeks, get bloods done, diet, see if I feel better and if I do get back to light workouts? but if I still have mono, clear the dnp out for a couple weeks then start another light cycle? i'd really love to lose 40 total. at this rate i'll lose 20 easily within a month.

yes, i say stop at 20. Then try to maintain. get the blood work, maybe do the light workouts. Its going to be critical that at somepoint you maintain the weight you loose without using the dnp. So try to stop at 20, take a break, then see if you can drop the other 20 when you go back on the dnp.

I just want to compliment you. I looked at your pics before and the pics when you gained some weight and I still think you look wonderful!! As women sometimes we are very hard on ourselves and we perceive ourselves to be heavier then what we are. But sweetie I think you look great in both pics. Have a great day!!!

BTW this is Naughty Cowgirl, I accidently just posted under Stickler's name. I am sorry for the confusion.....just a blonde moment.....

You are SOOOO sweet to say that! THANK YOU! I am SO hard on myself and at times it's gotten pretty severe. I've had 4 plastic surgeries. So I'll never be happy.
Thanks so much for your kindness.

Hey Stickler - YOU GO GIRL!!!!! (thanks for the ammo Naughtycowgirl)
sorry jrtlover - good post

ladies (and guys), best way to curb the sugar cravings on dnp is crystal light single on the go packets with the added green tea and caffeine. works better than eca and clen for me for appetite suppressant as well as energy. no naps today, first time since being on dnp. I'm having to force myself to eat I have no appetite! Sugar just looks boring to me!

woke up with an infamous quad cramp, drank a few glasses of water, gone like magic. fascinating stuff, this dnp.

I'm retaining water arghhhh! I guess this is just the name of the game. So annoying. Will avoid the scale for now.

Question- sorry for all the annoying posts lol.
Warm weather and DNP can be uncomfy. I live in WAY Upstate NY however, so the months of May and June aren't too awful. I stay in my house all day, the air conditioner is right by my bed, and the house stays around 70-74 in the summer. Stays pretty cool. So far I haven't gone about 99 a few times, otherwise I'm around 98 temp wise. If I run a cycle in June, and stay indoors, which I always do, I'm kind of agoraphobic, should I be ok? If I go anyplace it's always air conditioned.

12 lbs gone, this is day...um...let me count....11. I'm keeping my calories at 1200 because when I go off I will have them around there anyhoo. When you're not active AT ALL and you're a woman, well, they gotta be low. Not much muscle mass, no cardio, sitting all day...yeah. I get my blood done either this or next week. See if the little fucking bugger mono is still trolling around in my blood. Also to see what my blood looks like after DNP use. No sides, not even fatigue anymore. I'm at 300 mgs. Pee is clear, eyes are clear, skin is normal, all systems functioning. I'm getting really sick of v8 juice though. Can I just have a banana for potassium? I'm taking a potassium supp anyhoo. And I get about 6-8 servings of fruit and veggies daily. More probably. DNP has me eating healthier than I ever have, even on a training diet I didn't eat this much raw natural foods.
Temperature ranges from 97.9 to 99.1 daily, goes up after I eat. Rarely goes higher or lower than that.
Basically other than feeling warm in my core area as if I were walking briskly all day, I feel completely the same.
