I want to know if you noticed a diffrence when you went from 200 to 300mgs.

no real difference in sides at all. i was pretty much side effect free at 200 so up to 300 didn't do a thing negatively. I'm not sure yet this week if it's increased fat loss, feels like it but I'm bloated, etc on this detox thing. I should know better by the end of the week.

Went up to 400 mgs this morning. Mainly because I've noticed the fat loss has slowed and I'm feeling reckless. LOL no. Will be very careful.

I posted one of me fat a couple weeks ago when I started the log. I'm not taking any more pics til I'm 140. Or less. I was 159 on Sunday then I got back up with this colonix cleanse so the scale is way up and I'm bloated. So no pics no way!

Nah I'm gonna start 400 today. Keep an eye on sides, etc. But I had none on 300 so we'll see. I think I'll be fine. Should I double my supplement doses?

Took 400 mgs about three hours ago, I'm definitely feeling warmer faster than I did on 300. Temp is 98.1. This should be an interesting couple of days.
