HI! New DNP log for first time user.

So the first day of 400 mgs was relatively uneventful. A little more tired, a little more hungry, a little more warm. Nothing major. So pretty much the same as 300. I seem to have a great tolerance for this stuff.
No weigh in yet, still waiting on the detox to work. Getting kinda frustrating.
Temp is normal, heart rate normal, upped my supps, normal. Pants are a little looser. Woo!
 
I really like the idea of just staying at 200. taking more than that usually gets people into trouble.
 
Well this is guinea pig time for me. I'm not having any trouble, if I run into trouble, I'll stop ASAP. I have no job or life, so this is very easy for me to do, monitor myself very carefully.

Well it was another uneventful day on DNP, temp only went up to 99 which it did on 300, this only at certain times, felt the same kind of warmth, no fatigue, no cravings, drank the same and peed the same, upped the supplements. I'd say I'm a tad warmer than on 300 but nothing unbearable. It comes and goes.
I see the dr. on Monday for mono blood tests so I'll tell her about the dnp then and see if my blood shows anything from it. On the outside all is well.
Geez, this stuff is giving me less sides than ephedra ever did, or clen even. Clen I had MUCH worse sides than DNP. WTF? This stuff is like an awesome fat burner with super duper tolerable sides for me. I hope it's always like that. Nothing has moved the scale as quickly or effectively as this stuff or made my clothes looser as fast. Normally it would have taken a month of massive cardio to get results like this, and I'm just sitting on my ass and eating super clean. Don't get me wrong, I LOVE hard work, but jesus, this stuff is the best freaking kept secret on the freaking planet. Watch, my bloods come back and my kidneys will be failing from this stuff LOL. I keep expecting something horrible to happen. Regardless, I remain ever diligent in my monitoring of myself while on. If you're a fucktard, it will hurt you. If you're NOT a fucktard, it won't. That's my message to anyone thinking about using this stuff. Read the fuck up, ask questions, do your time researching, etc and watch yourself every second of the day. I'm just like, what the fuck? People left and right now are asking me, hey, I'm reconsidering DNP, I thought it was the devil but now...people who SWORE they'd never touch the stuff are now like, hmmm, can you give me more information? LOL. I love being right.

Reallllly weird dream last night. It could be made into a movie. Wonder if the DNP did that. Anyhoo, nothing to report. Everything normal.
I'm on medication, and DNP doesn't seem to interfere with it in the least.
A little hungrier with some more carb cravings is all I've noticed on 400.

Awesome job so far jrt! Looks like everything is going well. Keep it up, but don't go above 400mg. Like I said before that's about the line where if you go above you are bound to have issues at some point or you can suddenly develop an allergy or bad side effects from it. It has a cumulative effect.

Had another weird dream last night, I was Sylvester Stallone's girlfriend. Hey, it could happen. LOL.
Everything normal. Seeing dr. tomorrow for blood work.
 
Well this is day 18 of my DNP cycle and I've lost 15 lbs. My goal is another 5 more and then I'll stop and take a 2 week (or less) break.
 
yep, I think every cycle I'll aim for 15-20 lbs seems to be about right. I get my bloods done tomorrow so we'll see if I have to rely on DNP for the rest of my natural born life to stay skinny. Kids, don't try this at home. Cardio and diet FIRST, DNP as a last resort ONLY. I don't want any of you lurkers out there thinking just cuz DNP is going so easily for me it would be a walk in the park for you. Everyone is different. And my ass is VIGILANT on this shit. Don't MAKE me beat any of your asses for being stupid with this shit. Ya hear?
 
I think the higher dose has me retaining water. So what I'm going to do is stop after today's dose and take 7-10 days off to detox, get my blood done then, see what the scale says cuz it's all wonky right now (one day I'm 155 the other I'm 165) and see what happens. I think for myself 2 weeks on is what might work best. 2 weeks on, 1 week off, something like that. I think though after all is said and done I've lost 15 lbs or so on for 3 weeks. Next cycle I'm adding more vegetables. I got lazy with them after the first couple weeks.
 
thanks! i'm all about being open. i'll keep adding to it of course daily. i think i should log my whole experience with dnp not just this first cycle. after effects, etc. next cycle, all that jazz. i really hope people have learned from it. there's been like over 1,000 views of this thread. Lots of lurkers. Hope most of them aren't dumb kids looking for a magic bullet. When I first started researching DNP and asking questions I got accused of looking for a magic bullet. Fuckers didn't realize what I'd been through and continue to go through. No such thing as magic. I didn't suddenly become hot over night. I have a long way to go. DNP is a tool, that's all. Just like AAS. You have to do the work and uphold your end of the deal or you might as well just say fuck it. I had to eat like a freaking little bird and I will continue to. While my sides were minimal, other people might have more pronounced sides. Other people might get a dangerous reaction. So this is just one person's experience but I learned a lot. Anyhoo, if you lurkers have questions PM me. And quit lurking, it's creepy.
 
lol @ that last comment. Keep us up to date on everything. It's very interesting to see the whole cycle and the effects encountered.
 
Today's my last day of DNP for 7-10 days. I only took 200 mgs. I was gonna have yesterday be the last day but I had too much peanut butter last night so...lol. I'm going to run clen on the days I'm off 40-60 mgs (any more than that and I shake too much). See what the scale says in a week. Go from there. I figured I'd wait for the DNP to be out of my system before getting bloods done so I'm waiting til next Monday to do them.
I was in the ER on Sunday and all my vitals at that time were normal, I was just sweating a lot. (nothing to worry about I'm fine, wasn't DNP related).
 
My mom said today I was definitely looking thinner. I forgave her for being a previously annoying you know what. My pants are noticeably looser.
Ugh, I swear just 40 mgs of clen is WAY worse than 400 mgs of DNP for me. I can barely write. Good thing I mostly type.
 
I hope you mean mcgs instead of mgs. I can't tolerate clenbuterol and I take albuterol almost daily. It makes me shake like crazy. Even at levels like 40mcg's. It's horrible. lol.
 
Yes, that's what I meant lol. Albuterol made me shake too. So I guess I'm SOL when it comes to stimulants. ECA in low doses is fine for me though. But not in doses that are effective. That's what I love about DNP. Not feeling like I'm on a bad speed high. But I'm too paranoid not to be on something while I'm cycling on and off DNP. I need that extra 10% metabolic boost clen gives. Can you believe some people take 200 mcgs of clen a day??? Oy I'd be acting like a crack whore.
