I showed a "friend" the pic of me before DNP and he said the people who said I wasn't fat were just being nice. That I'm a pig. Gee thanks, I'm already borderline anorexic as it is. Makes me want to go OD on DNP now. But I'll still take a week off from it. Just means I'll throw up whatever I eat LOL. What an asshole.

tell your freind he is a fucking douchebag and shouldnt be allowed to breed..
on another note you did a great job and remember the dnp has a long half life and was building in your system the entire time you were on it so keep up the fluids and your dnp routine for a few days afterwards..you did a great job with this log we are proud of you..how is your thyroid? why not try a t3 clen combo? i hate clen, it makes me very shakey and then very very tired..

thank you IP. I'm just going to do clen, I don't want to mess with thyroid right now. i want my bloods to be level when i get them taken. they will check thyroid too so don't want to interfere with that right now. after bloods maybe i will.
got the clen shakes as we speak. so annoying. seems to be acting as a diuretic though. i'm peeing a hell of a lot more.

weird my voice only shakes when i make a drifter choke me while a masterbate to animal planet..

LOL IP you're such a weirdo I luv ya for it!
Gonna knock the clen down to 40 instead of 60. I expect my hands to shake but not my freaking LEGS. I like DNP so much bettteeeerrrrrr (whines). Can't wait to go back on it. I will next Friday hopefully. I am trying to schedule a procedure prior to that. I just don't know how DNP and anesthesia would mix, don't want to find out.

Holy shit this thread has been viewed 1300 times. Wtf??? If there's one thing I can't STAND is lurking. Oh well. If you're all learning from the human guinea pig then so be it. And I'm against animal testing so I'd much rather test on myself.
Scale is holding steady at 157. Been off DNP for 2 days. It "feels" like it's getting out of my system. See if I can drop another 2 just dieting and clen til next Friday. Damn wish that doctor would call and schedule already..........

Interesting, it's been over 48 hours since my last DNP, well over actually and I'm still registering at 99.2 temp wise and feeling warm. This stuff definitely takes a few days to leave the system.

It should take another day or two. Palumbo was talking about it on No Bull Radio this week.

Palumbo only has bad things to say about it. I think he said someone died from it, or something like that...
I wouldn't trust that man's advice as far as I could throw him.

Ya know, I heard nothing but bad things about the guy until I started listening to his radio show. Really informative stuff. Now I don't miss an episode. To each his (or her) own I guess.

He's talking about it because over at MD I was a "wiseguy", someone who has accumulated a ton of posts, and had lots of forum leaders and a few mods as friends. I wanted to start a DNP log over there but there was a big ruckus about it and it got deleted. You're not allowed to talk about DNP over at MD apparently. I got put on a "time out" for supposedly talking too much about killing myself, but it was for the DNP, trust me.

never had clen shakes...ever! but i was only taking like 140 mcgs....right before bed  and cardio doesnt just burn fat, its good for you!!! especially when your out of shape like you are now. im totally against the route your taking to lose weight. but like TEE just said to each his own. :lurk:

dude what part of MONO don't you understand????? I can't DO cardio or train. You really think I'd be just some dumb lazy ass popping a dangerous substance cuz that's easier? NO WAY.

Ok, I don't think getting heated is going to solve anything. Maybe DB just missed that part in this very long thread. All in all, you said you could take daily walks and you can be strict on your diet. I figure you could lose weight at a very slow pace or maintain what you have now until you can train again. That being said, some of us just have a different opinion on the risks.
