I just did the math today on caloric intake.....I just bumped it up and Im roughly at 5200 calories and still leaning up. Ive never eaten this much without being a fat ass. Im actually just now starting to make decent strength gains. So apparently Im getting near where I need to be.

Quality results. Muscular gain and fat loss is noticiable, with the new training and nutritional plan we should me adding about 5 pounds in no longer than 3 weeks, keeping the same body fat, and at 8% we have a lot of range to go up on calories so in a near future i dont care to make drastic gains and bring you up to 220 lbs even is you gain 2 or 3% of fat...

You are doing a great job, mostly with the training. Guys he has to send me every 15 days a training diary so i compare improvements and advice and do changes as needed. Drew has understand the basics of High Intensity training so fast that i just do some small changes/advices.

sitting about 218lbs now. had a.physical assessment at work so had to max bench. put up 300lbs on the smith bench. never done that before. and im not even training heavy.

Please send me updated pictures and stats and resume of the new workouts , I am sure with 218 you are feeling amaizing pumps and you are feeling big like superman!!! Lol ... That's 9 pounds of quality gains!!!!
