Well this week (3 weeks post show) im up 30lbs now. Some water, some fat, some post show rebound muscle. I must have been pretty depleted as Im actully really full, and still half way decent looking. The plan is to go up to whatever weight I look decent at, im guessing around 265lbs or so. Then diet down for master nats or master north americans. Pics prob this weekend...:weight:
