This will be my first bulking cycle and I'm hoping to gain 20-25lbs before Spring of next year. I will need to read up a lot more since I'm not too informed on how much to eat, what's the proper calorie intake, etc.
Since I just started lifting again (I had to take 3 months off), I've lost quite a bit and I'm down to 158 If I can get back up to 175 and 180, it'll be good enough for me.
