How much new weight do you gain from a cycle?

Not counting muscle memory weight, but only new weight, how much do you guys on a cycle? So if you were 220 on cycle, came off and dropped to 215; then later did another cycle and got to 225 that would just be 5 pounds of 'new' weight.

This is mainly for the guys who are not on all the time as that changes things. I am on HRT so I do a form of blast and cruise I suppose, except the cruise is just my therapeutic dose.

Just curious what you guys get out of a cycle.
 
so ur saying the other 5lbs is what u called muscle memory weight? i dont know bro, so many things come into play like lentgh off each cycle and what the cycle consisted of, and what ur eating, I honestly dont think theirs a general rule of thumb here to go by
 
I'm not looking for a rule of thumb, just people's experiences. If someone wanted to give a the details of the cycle with the weight gain, that's cool too.
 
I was 188 about 2 weeks ago, started at beginning of last week and im 198 right now ;)

i'll post some...i like the summer 205lbs better than my winter 230...i'll try to get the wife to take some tonight. I'm 5'10 231 on the scale this am.
