hey guys, took me a while to draw up this diet. got most of it from reading this site and checking out other nutritonal sites. my current stats are 6'4" and 275lbs. i will be drinking about 1.5-2 gallons a day, working out 4x a week + football, and then cardio about 2x a week. any and all suggestion welcome, if you think it sucks tell me !
9am: 6 egg whites, 2 slice reduced fat cheese, 1 serving oatmeal

11:00: Myoplex vanilla protein shake with 2 cup Simply Smart 0% milk, 1tbsp flax
total: (590 calories, 35g carbs, 70g protein, 19.6g fat)
1:00: 8oz chicken, 8oz broccoli
total: (412 calories, 12.5g carbs, 76.2g protein, 12.5g fat)
3:00: 1tbsp Light Peanut butter, 1 tbsp flax seed oil
total: (235 calories, 8g carbs, 3.4g protein, 21.3g fat)
5:30: Protein shake @ the gym
total: (290 calories, 9g carbs, 50g protein, 6g fat)
7:30: 8oz BBQ Steak Tips, 8oz broccoli (after gym meal)
total: (537 calories, 1.1g carbs, 80.7g protein, 23.8g fat)
