hey bros im about to start my igf asoon as my gear gets to me but iv had the igf for a week now but it has benn in the refrigerater how long is it going to last in there cause i dont want it to go bad. as alway thanks bros.

ya im in tennessee i get back saterday nite my bro has been getting my packages but the igf came before i left.actualy the day befor lol.. just in time.I cant wait till i get back bro hopfuly my tren is there wen i do. thats the last piece of the pie lol.

i just started the cycle yesterday.ill lettcha know.but the igf was kinda scary the first time .when i put it in it hurt alittle. it felt like my bicep tightened up hardcore.and i also see alot of igf still in the pin after im done and that sucks.

You want to let it warm up to room temperature before you apply it.

I always draw 5iu of bacteriostatic water into the pin first then the IGF, that way you have the water at the end of the shot to clear out all the IGF.
