Hey fellas, quick question. I was training chest this am and at the very end of the work out I felt a sharp pain in my R shoulder. I wan't even lifting anything heavy!! I have close to full range of motion, but when I put my hand on my hip and pull forward (lat spead position) I get the shooting pain in the top of the shoulder joint. Any ideas, advise??? It doesn't hurt when at rest.
If ya got a shooting pain i would see a doc and see what ya did bud. There are a number of things that could happened but i would say ya injured your ac joint if its at the top of the shoulder and not back but i am in no way a doc to give a diagnosis.
