For the past few months Ive been searching around a few boards and asking a lot of questions and have came up w/ this lil Slin Checklist just thought Id show ya.....

Insulin Use:

4 weeks on 4 weeks off. Taken only PostWorkout!
After Workout Inject Humalog into Stomach fat. Start with 4iu's and work your way up.

5*10 minutes after your injection consume a Whey/Dextrose&Malto drink w/ 200mgs of ChromoPico and 200mgs ALA (75% of total carbs in this shake) Use 50% of Dextrose and 50G% of Maltodextrin for your carbs

15 minutes after that consume another shake with just carbs(The remaining 25% carbs in the shake but no protein)

Example of 10iu's:
**Always consume 100 grams of carbs and 60 grams of Protein PW. When the dosage goes over 10iu's then you can start to increase your P and C intake**

*Shoot slin

*5*10 minutes later drink (60grams of Isolate and 75 grams of D/M)

*15 minutes after 1st shake consume second shake (25 grams of D/M)

*1 hour after injection High Protein/High Carb/ZERO fat meal. (see meal below)

*2*3 hours later consume another meal of your choice

*Have gluco tabs on hand incase you go Hypo.

1 hour after injection consume a whole meal conatining Protein and Carbs w/ ZERO FAT! Carbs should be a mixture of simple (25%) and complex (75%). Simple should come from Ultra Fuel.

Next meal is a regular meal with P/C/F.......and your finished

Look good?

Not bad info bro, its the basics I suppose but I want to mention to everyone that slin isnt for everyone , probabaly not for 99% of us here and its very dangerous for those who dont know you dont get second chances with a slin dose fuck up, but good post none the less bro, thnx

Its always good to follow guidelines etc with exogenous substances, but I think some people are AFRAID of slin.. I mean.. comeon.. diabetics live with this every day.

I'm not belitting it or anything.. but you can't make absolutes like ALWAYS CONSUME 100 grams of carbs afterwards!

For me that is honestly just too much for my pwo shake on slin using 10ius.

I mean its good to start off at a safe dosage, but everyone needs to establish their own needs and levels.

I agree. I should have mentioned that this checklist is specifically for me.

so those are ur dosing per i.u with carbs?

Are those my carb doses? I don't get what your asking.

If I take 5iu's or 10iu's Im goin to consume 100grams of carbs PW along with 60grams Whey Isolate.

Only when I reach a dosage of over 10iu's is when my carb dosage will increase. Ex. 11iu's =110grams of carbs 13iu's=130grams of carbs, 15iu's =150grams of carbs.

This is just the standard use of carbs and iu's. I will start to adjuts carb intake when I get a bit more exp. with the use of slin.

I use 7g simple carbs per IU but thats just me. Like genesis said its a little different for everyone and like presser said its not for everyone

I go as low as 7g/iu as well... I shoot, take a shower for about 5-10 min and pound my shake.. I usaully will only take half my shake at the 10min mark and the other half around 30.. I DO go hypo about 1 1/2 hours post slin so my meal comes in a little before that time. Keep lots a sugar water, soda, carb shakes etc. around...

I suppose im a puss cuase i consume my shit right away, lol, and I wasnt realy impressed with insulin 2 times now, maybe its just me and i hate how it makes you feel and i dontget home from gym until 6:30 pm so i wasnt like taking it so late either and having to stay up a bit extra to be sure

I'm not to familar with insulin but I have a couple of questions; I'm on the bodyopus diet and would like to know if insulin would benifit the carb up on the weekend. And second what type of carbs are you digesting? Anything? glucose? Thanks
