insulin in evening

obviously a no no, i did 4iu's with arms post workout yester morning, i will be training my quads late this evening. . so just skip the insulin post workout i suppose? i hate to but i probably wont stay awake 4 to five hours afterwords.
 
I take it you will skip the slin--good choice if you're using humalin. You could use humalog (or novolog) since it's faster acting, but for sure, it's more difficult to take it in the evening since you have to make sure you don't tank your blood sugar.
 
yes im going to skip it bro, bout to go hit legs. do u take urs morning as well? pre workout as well? or post only? i did 3 ius at breakfast and felt ok just kept myself carbed up good for four hours or so

i been thinkin of taking for breakfast, and post. . but yea should took pre. i took 5 iu's post chest workput today. i then took 50 grams whey/appx 75grams dextrose. then ate hour later four yams wit 8 oz turkey. even now 5 hours later had to take in more dextrose aftermeal with gatorade to keep the hypo feelin down.
 
In the evening I will only use humalog as its fast hitting and out of your body in 2 hrs. But, rememeber everyone is different. I might be able to take humalog at 10 at night, and be totally fine. But the next guy will go into a diabetic coma. So be careful, I believe its before 7-8pm and you dont go to bed within 4-5 hours 11pm- 12am, you will be alright. As long as you eat the right amount of carbs. (which for me is around 8-10 grams for every 1 iu of insulin. So if I take 5 iu's I would take a min of 40 carbs or 50 grams of carbs) . Again play around with it, and see what you can handle, but be very careful as you might think its out of you, but within a hour your sweating like crazy.

you seem very sensitive to it. for me 5iu's wouldnt even really effect me once I take in around 40 grams of carbs. I wouldnt even feel the hypo feeling.

you def nailed it on the sweating part!!! lol. i got tested a lot as a child and have always had my b.s. drop when didnt eat often and have some sugar in. . i had to eat in middle ofclass even in elementary because id get the shakes/sweaty/light headed etc. . so i am familiar with that feeling!!
 
my blood pressure has gotten better, i fig wasnt test, i figured prob not the tren, so went a few days without adrol. . guess what? no headaches. . blood pressure went down!
