Hello Guys,
My last cycle was 7 months ago and it was parabolan/anadrol/dbol 6 week cycle.
Gained size but lost the weight gain due to Improper PCT becos of my motorbike accident.
I have decided to pair up insulin and Super DMZ 2.0. Planning to do a short 4 weeker + 2weeks pct.
Have done my research but always post on MC for final feedback and negative/postive comments.
First time using Insulin. Have done 2 long test/Dbol cycles and 2 prohormone cycles ( Spawn) before the tren cycle last year.
My stats:
Age:27
Weight: 202
Height: 6.0
Fat%: around 13%
Diet: Vegeterian. Main sources of protein are whey, egg whites and yoghurt.
Cycle:
Super Dmz 2.0 + Proviron+ Armidex -> 4 weeks
Insulin Post workout -> planning to start with 5 IU immediately after workout. Humalog
Insulin only on workout days.
Intraworkout: Gaotrade + BCAAs from PN
Post workout: 2 scoops Dymatize ISO 100 whey hydrolysate ( 60 gms of protein) + creatine HCL 10 gms + 60 gms of gatorade + BCAAs
Post workout meal after 1 hr: Tortillas + vegetables + rice + yoghurt.
Just before sleep:2-3 scoops of whey again and maybe 30 grms of gatorade .
Any additions/Changes much appreciated.
