OMG this is what happens when u go with people much stronger than you my legs are dead.... 8 sets of squats for the second excercise. Google slayermetal7 thats who I was with... thats his youtube name
 
I don't know how you guys do that. 2 sets to failure is my limit otherwise it's lunch all over the floor
 
I will do around 5 sets and that's about it on squats. I will do hack squats or front squats right after though.
 
man oh man, getting out of chairs or my car right now sucks. His motto is do alot more on what gets the best results(also he says high weight high reps). I usually spread everything out evenly, but as u can see if you look at his youtube vids squats and esp deads are major for him. I did back with him a few months ago and from than I have continued with the deads, as I never did them in the past for fear of lower back issues that are a possibility from doing them. Quads are kicking right now
 
I watched the video of him squatting 470 and I must say if that's how he squats on every heavy set, he's going to wreck his back in the future. Not one to judge, but he'd get a lot more out of dropping the weight and sticking to a better form

his form looked good yesterday, did u see his deads?
 
Yea, the deads video looked fine, just the way his back was in that video when he's coming up scared the shit out of me. I know that it is only a matter of time before something bad would happen if he squats like that all the time
