I have a new respect for Jason Giambi, I really do.

It takes balls to come out and admit that. Bonds has records on the line, and doesn't want an * next to them. He will go to the end claiming non use. I can't blame him on that too much either.

Giambi did a stand up thing, IMO. I just hope they don't try to press charges on him, that would be stupid, and cause others to clam up worse.

Friday, 12/3 I think.

They can't press charges because he has immunity. He was under penalty of pergury if he didn't tell the truth, so he had no choice. Either tell the truth and walk away scott free, or lie to the grand jury and face charges.
