i wen to the doctor the other day and had some blood work and tests done. the doc said im peeing out protiens from my kidney's.

ill be honest i have in the past abused winstrol, BAD!! i stood on it for a good 6 months. that was last year, i always end my cycles with winstrol for six weeks at least at 100 mgs eod or ed sometimes. i get in a good 400-600 mgs a week when i cycle on it.

what do you guys think? am i screwed or is there a way to fix my problem.

is this problem even caused by winstrol?

any advice would be much appreciated

Hey Bud, most likely u r taking in too much to absorb, read this
Protein in Urine. Is it Dangerous? Also known as Proteinuria. How to recognize protein in urine and what it means about your health.

yea, i take lots of supps. creatine, aminos. no-eplode. heavy vitamins. cq10,dhea. syntha-6 protien. i injest alot of glutamine.

you think that could cause problems too?

Yes, I dont think you really have a problem tho u should decrease ur protein intake a bit and see how u do. R u having any symptoms? u have to think of ur kidneys as a filter, a filter that is like a bunch of stacked tiny straws that what u take in has to get proccesed thru, thats why im not a fan of creatine, it doesnt dissolve all the way or get completely absorbed by ur body

~ One of the biggest problems with eating too much protein is that it can create kidney problems. Excessive intakes of protein causes a buildup of ketones which your kidneys then have to work hard to get rid of, often causing dehydration, in the least.
~ A high protein diet also leads to kidney stones as extra protein tends to force calcium to be excreted from the body, raising calcium levels in the urine, and encouraging stone growth.

This link breaks down what happens if u r using too high of levels for vitamins too

No problem man, also drink distilled water if u dont already, or atleast switch on and off with it, it really cleans ur system out bc theres no minerals or anything in it, if that avatar pic is u u already prolly kno about distilled water for cutting

lol, i wish it was me. that pic is paco bautista. ima huge fan of his. one of these days maybe, im not to for behind him in weight.

oh lol well I know 2 people about his size so u never kno, I see the name on the pic now

It shouldnt be a problem at all, my nephrologist just told me 3 month a go that everything over 1 gr x kg of weight it will show in your urine and it is a normal waste.
I do know that since i started 22 years a go doing blood work, echo-sonograms and all Kain of test to make sure i stay healthy.
Anyway, this new nephrologist i have just to make everything is ok after all this years i diets and supplements, she did a cat scan to see if all my organs were in good shape and at normal size, and also put me on a low protein diet for 6 weeks just to make sure we were watching secondary effects instead primary effects, and everything turn out perfect to get ready for the 3 shows i want to do next year.
my advice...do the same thing, visit your cardiologist, nephrologist, hematologist and endocrinologist

excellent point Big Heinz, don't leave nothing to chance , particularly your organs, I mean you cant grow a new kidney

As far as too much protein is bad for the kidneys, those studies were done on people that already had preexisting kidney problems, if i get time i will look this up in one of the books i got here, butt thats a good point," take in a lot excrete more waste", I was also told watching for foam is important too.
