I'm four weeks into my test e, deca, and IGF cycle. I feel like I'm not able to hit the gym as often as I'd like lately and I'm not eating enough, but the few times I've hit the gym this week, I've been a freakin' animal. I am killing it! My strength is increasing fast and I'm getting such great pumps. Is it just because the deca is starting to kick in?

well 4 weeks in all of it should be kicking in right about now,
 
I'd agree with Presser, everything should be hitting you now and you should be gaining strength regularly
