The Survivor said:Prob. legs in general...although calves I kinda like. But thighs are a bitch, you really cant see a pump and you gotta work the hell out of them. But at the end of it all, when you hike your shorts up and see these great looking legs, your damn glad you did what you did.
But at times I walk around my gym for hrs at a time, just looking for things to do on leg day. Anything to keep me from starting legs.

what's the IT band? I did legs today which is 11 days after my strain. I didn't push it on quads at all, but managed to get a little pump on the Strive leg press.turned out I had pulled the IT band and was done w/legs for about 10 days.
So its still my legs as least fav
