What's everyone's least fav bodypart to train????? Mine has to be hams. I have a sore tendon In the back of right knee so certain exercises just fckn kill me.

I used to hate legs, but now that I'm seeing them grow, I'm learning to love them. So, my least favorite now is probably back. It's harder to feel a pump and know that I'm getting a good workout.

Legs .. I do "em" but I hate" em" .. It would be another story if they were 30" .... I'm a hard gainer and it's taking me a long time .. My chest and back grow easily . Need help in arms too to catch up .

Prob. legs in general...although calves I kinda like. But thighs are a bitch, you really cant see a pump and you gotta work the hell out of them. But at the end of it all, when you hike your shorts up and see these great looking legs, your damn glad you did what you did.

But at times I walk around my gym for hrs at a time, just looking for things to do on leg day. Anything to keep me from starting legs.

Not crazy about abs either

I stall too but I love how tired and good I feel after a good leg workout .

I guess if I had to pick something it would be my back, i dont enjoy doing my back

I have to go with legs. They scare me. I'm forced to use pretty heavy weights to keep it from being a cardio workout and I'm scared to death of an injury... like I just got. They get pumped up from my first warmup set and get so tight that I spend half my workout stretching them so I can continue.

About a yr ago I was sqautting 405, was on rep number 5 or so, felt my leg wobble a bit, heard a snap and pop, and then went down like I'd been shot. Lucky for me i had the lower pin in place in the power rack. I thought for sure I'd torn knee muscles or whatever, turned out I had pulled the IT band and was done w/legs for about 10 days. Since then, I really get a tight feeling in legs like its just on the edge of cramping

So its still my legs as least fav

I dont really hate doing any bodypart. There about all the same really...

what's the IT band? I did legs today which is 11 days after my strain. I didn't push it on quads at all, but managed to get a little pump on the Strive leg press.

I must be a sick fucker, but from looking at this thread again, a lot of people hate legs, but I love them
