Well NJ per has more low priced health clubs per capita then any other state in the US....so We can thank the Retro/Planet low priced model for fucking it up...when I was in the midwest(chicagoland)healthclubs were $50-70/month & when I was in NYC($80-140)...thats just the way it is

All ranges but many $9-19/month clubs are grabbing cheap real estate between higher priced models

That's what it was getting to be like in Pittsburgh as well. Fitness 19 came up and opened 2 gyms pretty quickly and I think they are/were wanting to add more so it's spreading
