whats up everyone?

I just started a cycle which will hopefully make me huge.
I'm doin: 1) 400mg sustanon/10 weeks 2) 20mg d-bols (bianabol)/3 weeks 3) and I was thinkin of adding 300mg deca/10 weeks. I am only on my first week of sust and d bol, so I don't think it's too late to start deca. On my last week of the cycle I will add HCG and continue for 2 more weeks. Any advise or comments? Thanks.
 
your diet and trainin and sleep are wha is going to make you huge bud..if thats all good then you should be all set...now what are your stats and what week are you in with this cycle? do you have any anti-e's on hand?
 
No its not too late to add deca- but how about some stats, BF%, and whether or not this is your first cycle. What kind of results are you looking for specifically- you mention huge but that is a very vague in regards to net gains....20 mg is a min amt, I like 30mg but again don't know your stats... I would also consider adding femara ASAP at 2.5mg EOD. I woudl also consider clomid PCT as well. I would watch out for estro uptake with the HCG at the end of the cycle- you don't want man boobs- not cool with the chicks..
 
This is basically my first cycle. When I was younger I tried the five-sided thai d-bols to no avail--I was young and stupid, and I had no idea what I was doing. I weigh 174lbs. I am trying to figure out my bf%--I am going to order a bf measurer online. I am looking to gain some lean quality muscle, no fat and no puffiness. Thanks for the advice--I will pick-up some nolvadex, but when should I start it??

eat clean but make sure your eating alot of cals if you throw in deca deca functions best ina high cal diet...you can start nolva now at 10mg ED or just keep it on hand incase gyno symptoms arise...to gains size you are going to have to put on alittle fat..maybe you should go with eq instead of deca,deca gain give you a puffy look from the water retention so make sure to drink a shit load of h2o

I would have to agree with a prior post....huge requires many things to attain more importantly than gear......eat huge,be huge...protein @ 2grams per lb BW....atleast .55oz H20 per pound BW and a shit load of caloric intake....good measure for maint cal is BW x 16 + 20%......proper sleep schedule and in this fellas oppinion you should lift seriously for atleast a year and build a great foundation to build on before even considering pharmaceutical enhancement....just my .02....good luck bro!
 
Thanks, but I have already been liftin for a pretty long time off and on. I have been consistently goin for the last 4 months. I am eating huge--at least 1.5 grams proteins (that's a bad day), and massive amounts of calories. I have been training with intensity 5 days a week.

You are right 1.5gx bodyweight ain't going to do it for protein. You should be doing at least 2g x bodyweight spread out over 6-7 meals/day.
 
mmx is correct, also, in addition of you decide to add deca go 2mg per pound of bodyweight. deca works best at this figure, about 400mgs week
with the sust split your injections up to twice a week maybe even with the deca do 1mlsust and 1 ml deca together mix them.
this will cut down on the amount of adrogen in the system and reduce any acme no about half.
like it was said increase the dbol to 30mgs a day and keep your diet decent.
use the nolva,femara, or letrozole, also use hcg at the end with clomid and letrozole.
there is a sticky of clomid and detection times in the forum that can be helpful for you.

please post us some background on you as to this may vary according to experience, sometimes not so much is needed, with good results.
anytime you can use minimal AAS with good results the better.
 
ok. thanks. What kind of background do you need?? I just did a second amp of sust. My 1st one was five days ago. I was planning on going to one amp a week. I forget how many mg's are on each amp, and i can't look at the amp because I'm at work. I'm kinda getting confused--should I inject twice a week and how many mg's each time?? should I start the femera now??
 
you MUST do sust atleast every day or every other day for the first 4 weeks until ur long acting tests from the sust kick in otherwise your asking for trouble by way of side effects like, acne, labido probs, mood swings, etc...
 
the substances in omna and sust are a cocktial of esters some slow acting and some fast acting, yes usually your first day and you have been taking dbol so thats a yes as well.

as for the cocktail of sust its usually 250mgs of various esters so 2 amps a week
the deca if the potecy is 200mgs/ml then 2 a week also
so do 1 ml deca and 1 ml sust on monday and then thursday do the same while doing 2.5 letrozole or femara and 30mg nolva a day
along with 30mg day of dbol divided into doses of about 3-4 hours apart.

clomid at the end with hcg should be 100mgs twice a day. Now some may not agree to this but I do sust and dbol are harsh to your system and it needs a good kick start to keep your mass.
even clen at the end will be good too or proviron towards the end.

If you ask im sure guys can post schedules and times to take and inject for you to make that clear.
as for background, age? weight? training regime? diet? how much do you really know about aas and what benefits are you looking for just mass, lean muscle? etc.
 
I'm 174lbs. 20 years old. i go to the gym 5 days a week. I train each muscle once a week--sometimes, if I feel my body can handle it, I hit a weak body part twice in one week. I try to do at least 16 sets per muscle group; however I do more sets for my back. I do abs every other day. I eat clean every couple hours, but i have one day in which I consume as many calories as I can. I think I am fairly knowledgeable about aas. I want to gain some lean mass because I think that it will give me a competitive edge with mixed martial arts. Also, I look very young for my age--people often mistake me for a 14/15 year old--and that pisses me off. I think gaining some mass will help me with that aspect. There are numerous other reasons why I want to get huge--probably a lot of the same reasons you have. Plus, I really enjoy bodybuilding and it's starting to become a passion.

You will probably like Sus250 alot, It always gave me my best results when I was around your age. Yes, one or two amps per week will work, whatever you decide. I took one amp per week for several cycles and made great progress, even using it to compete. Nowadays, the guys are right, its probably better to go twice per week on it.
