dont have a ball fro lol and Jeff or Nuk go ahead and lets start this diet plan, im 195-199 now Id like to be as cut if not more between 198-203
 
chicken, steak, turkey, tuna, eggs, oatmeal, brocolli, green beans, yams, water....There's most of what you need for your diet

I can do that for the most part but I have been really trying to stay away from beef, and I hate brocolli
