Yeah, I ran Sust , dbol one run, and a second cycle 8 weeks later of test and tren. I am sitting on some GH, but only 200IU, not sure if I can get more, may hold it, not sure.

Looking really good- can't tell but is there gyno there? If not, I apologize.
A few things.... defintely show us the wheels- you have a nice base there to bulid on and the balance needs to be there with the wheels.
Also don't know if its the pose of not, but need to flare the lats. Balance upper back work and lower back work(deads are perfect). You have a small waist and you can really look like a monster with lats

Condado Beach, in San Juan area. I moved here last May. It's a brisk 86 here today. Dive temp is 78. I cant fit in my wetsuit anymore. About gyno, I am not sore or anything, or have lumps, and I always run nolva. Hope its the pic .

Here is my updates pic from last night- I am going to enter novice at the May 1 competition locally- I am in it for the first time experience and lessons learned. I will keep growing and keep training and learning the whole way through.

I only wish my legs were bigger. THey say yiou are your own worst enemy when it comes to judgement. My wife says that even though I am concerned about legs, I should compete. I guess I am beating myself up. I am trying my damndest to stay motivated!

You always have to know that shaping a body is a work in progress and even more when preparing for a show.
