these pics are of me lifting after 3 and a half years. In the pics it ranged from 205 to 215. etc.... im 5'11. These pics are kinda old. Im at close to 230 now about 12% body fat. Any how, hope to post newer pics once i get my scanner. thanks guys and gals

thanks guys.... i hope to be at 230 shredded. Im sure this will take alot more time and sups to get there. Daym i wish i could do this full time and not have to work...
