Hello some of u I have spoke with and other I havent had the pleasure

I'm 30 6'5 195lbs I have never taken anything
But ready to make the jump I'm looking to get big and strong

Some info I bench 220 squat 315 deadlines 375 so u have an idea of were I'm at
But I need more in the sense as to build more muscle ....

Aging its my first thread don't know what more to say ... any Info on food such test how much to take ..each day or a week. For how long ..do I take it with anything else

I think a solid beginner cycle consists of just 200mg a week of a long acting testosterone such as Cypionate or Enanthate. If you wanted to go with a faster acting Testosterone so you feel it faster and its easier to deal with in my opinion then one could go with Testosterone propionate at 100mg e.o.d.

As for eating, its best to eat 4-5 times a day. Keep your protiene intake at about 1.5 - 2 grams of protien per pound of body weight. So if you weigh 200lbs then you would eat 300-400 grams of protien daily.
 
Welcome to the site. Your post looks a lot like my first post here. If you are already eating all you can, a low dose of test e should help you add some weight. In about a year, I've put on around 30 pounds. I started with test e at 500 mg a week, but several of the guys on here say that as little as 250 mg a week would do the trick if it is your first cycle.
 
Any recommendations on what to do after ..while waiting any other products to take.. also after the 12 weeks how long do I stay off till I can continue on
 
There are tons of posts here about PCT (Post Cycle Therapy) that you could look at for more info. For a low dose test only cycle, you would probably only need a couple weeks of clomid or nolva.

For time off the general rule of thumb is: time off = time on. So, for a 12 week cycle, you'd take 12 weeks off...starting from the time you finished your PCT. This is a very hard rule to follow though, as most guys want to go back on as soon as possible.
 
Yea, like they said, 250mg of test a week, 2-4 weeks of clomid at the end, creatine, glutamine, protein, BCAA and you're good to go for your first cycle. Also, you will definitely want to eat every 3 hours for 4-6 meals a day. This will give you all the nutrients you need and the calories needed to grow
