Need some Motivational Help!!

Hey guys,

I got off of schedule for a few weeks and have had a hard time getting back into the game. I've been training but only half ass and I don't like it. Yesterday I seemed to have more drive and I am requesting a swift kick in the ass from you guys to help get me jump started. Any suggestions by those of you who have been through this will be greatly appreciated.

While taking a break every so often is a really good idea,
you have to remember how hard you have worked to get to where you are. Get your ass back in gear- you will feel better about it as soon as you ahve a regular regimen again...
 
hey bro I get out of tune with working out from time to time as well, I have been at bodybuilding for 8 solid years now and everyone gets burnt out from time to time or side tracked due to real life events, a good way to get myself back into it is I load creatine, it helps me see noticable changes in the gym right away upon my return which keeps me coming back for more, thats my advice bro....if ya look good , ya feel good, and if ya feel good ya work out good, its a loop!

I'm just getting back into lifting hardcore again...all my workouts have been somewhat half-assed. I hit up a DC workout yesterday and I'm tore up. Quads/Hams/Bi's/Calfs none the less...lol

Finished up all of these R/P's, and negatives with a 20 straight rep squat. :)

Felt awesome in the gym (kind of, even though I felt exhausted)...but after I got out of the gym I felt so much better. Trust me start going, push yourself hard, and you feel & look better very soon.
 
Hey guys thanks for your reply. MMX I agree a break does a body good, this one was just a bit longer than I would for it to have been, 2 1/2 weeks.

Presser, that's a great suggestion. Uploading creatine to get a boost is just what I need.

BFS- I went to workout about mid-day today and got a great back workout in. Pushed myself rather hard but I have a feeling I'm going to pay for it tomorrow. That's ok I miss being sore.

i to am getting back in the game! i was out for a year with personal prob! been back at it hard for 4 months and im bigger than i was before the lay off!!! now the test will realy get my blood flowing!!
keep at it bro you will get your head back in it soon!!!:)
 
Yes Press.... "I been here long time"... Actually I'm from the original boards so the register date on my signature isn't accurate. I remember the the crazy colored yellow boards LOL and that was before you were the owner. I remember you taking over etc... :)
