Hey guys. I'm new here and I'm looking for some basic advice. This is going to sound kinda juvenile but any help would be awesome and realy help me out!
Basically I'm looking to get back into shape. Last year I was doing great but this past year has kinda gone down the tubes and I'd love to get back into things. But I need some info!
I'm thinking of starting on a ketogenic cycle diet. Anyone try this? Like it? Hate it? Is it effective?
Also, in conjuntion with that, I need some info on a good basic stack to start off with. I'm looking to lose some serious body fat and keep the muscle I have while putting on a little more. My metabolism needs a jump start badly! Any advice on a stack to start off with?
