so my throat is jacked again, started from allergies and postnasal drip now my throat is killin me............... I need primo year round just to not get sick, donations? lol

I started taking Vitamin C every morning a few months ago and I don't think I've been sick since.

I take a multi everyday and usually zinc too, the multi has vit C, I take 3 your supposed to take 1
