During leg day last week I went heavy on leg press (well heavy for me) 6 plates each side. On the 4 rep last set I felt a snap or a pop in my right side ribs. Gave myself 3 days before I went back to the gym. Today I hit chest a d tri's and I couldn't hardly push any weight at all do to the pain in my rib. Anyone ever experience anything like this?
