I cranked the music and did 60 minutes on the Treadmill last night.
Heavy Back workout today. My strength is back now since competing, but I'm 10 pounds heavier in just two weeks, thus the Cardio.
Seated Machine Rows (plate loaded) x6
Reverse Grip Lat Pulldowns x6
Barbell Rows x4
I was going to finish with Cross Bench Pullovers but had to take a call from my wife. I had nothing left after I got off the phone.
Solid workout otherwise.
