that's crazy... is there anyway to get over the back pumps? It seems anything I take these days gets my lower back pumped up and I can't do anything about it

try not to move at all? I just sit on the couch all day and that seems to work. lol.

280-300x8 cable rows
260-280x8-10 lat pulldowns
555x6 deadlifts
550x8 squats
1200+ leg press

235x8 military press
50lb front and side db raises

All of these done with good form.
Awesome! What are your max dead and squat lifts?
 
I don't really know bud. Haven't gone for a 1 rep max in many years. Also my numbers are lower than those right now. Was out of the gym for a little while due to work and life getting in the way, but trying to get back to those numbers slowly.

Anyways, I would guess I could have done over 600lbs on deadlift easily and probably 600+ squat.
