I should have started with this as introduction, maybe it would have helped to know me a little and avoid a few issues I had... Here is me after and during my 2nd cycle.

My diet was extremely strict, no simple sugars, no pasta, no rice, no animal fat.

High protein, lean sources, fish, turkey, chicken, skim milk, shakes (only post workout).
Moderate carb, whole food (except post w-o shake) such as fruits, veggies, potatoes and corn.
Moderate-high fat, almond, unsalted peanuts, olive oil, avocadoes, olives.

Been on this diet for 6 months even prior to the cycle. Forgot to mention, only beverage was water (no alcohol or soft drinks at all)

You look awesome! I would love to get to that level if I could just get my diet together.

Could you please post what a typical day's diet looks like for you as an example? Also, I have hypoglycemia so that can sometimes make it hard not to have to ingest some kind of simple sugars when it hits. Supposedly, I may be able to control it better if I were to follow a diet like yours.
