Your not all there IP, LOL. My diet consist of eating as much and as often as I can. I have a very fast metabolism, always have. I really don't watch what I eat, I like food to much. The only thing that I stay away from is soda. I maybe drink a six pack of soda in a year, if that. I used to very skinny (170lbs. on a 6'5" frame). I am drinking 3-4 protein shakes/day. Other than that, just busting ass in the gym. BTW thanks for the crisco! It really shined me up LOL!!
