So i have been leaning out for the last 5weeks and everything has been going fine... my diet has been in check and working as it should be.. towards the last week or so i noticed my progress was slowing down. like my body was getting used to the diet.
last weekend the Mrs n i went away for the weekend.. it was our annerversary so i thought ill just put the diet on hold for the weekend. Over that weekend i ate lots and i ate junk and even had a couple glasses of wine.
as soon as we got back i was straight back on my diet and i started to shed the fat way faster like i was during the first week or two of my diet.
does this make any sense to anyone'?
did that weekend of eating heaps speed my metabolism up again...kinda reset it?
