Meal 1- 6 whole eggs. 2 slices cinnimin raison Ezekiel bread. 1 grapefruit
Meal 2- 50g whey, 50-80 grams Carbolyze (wzximaize)
train
Post workout- 50g whey, 1 gatorade, 35g Vitargo,20g glutamine
Meal3- 8oz chicken, 1 cup rice (white)
Meal 4- repeat meal 3
Meal 5- Brazilian food- 10-12 oz lean red meat, rice, black beans, sometimes some sausage or chicken too
Meal 6-75g whey and 2 tbs PB

I snack on natures valley granola bars almost every day. I have Greek yogurt once or twice a week, and I will replace my post workout meal 1-2 times a week with something really shitty like doubledowns, etc

ON A SIDE NOTE - I personally think this is a good offseason diet to grow on..Im working my way back up to 6-7 meals a day now again...this diet is clean enough to put on solid bodyweight/mass...But not so clean that you wont gain weight...The only difference I'll make to my offseason diet is that I will have red meat in place of meal 3 and 4...I personally believe if you do more red meat in the offseaon, you will get stronger and bigger..

I spent two years in Brazil and LOVE their food!! Good post and I agree with MightyJohn it's always good to learn what others at the top do.

I agree, it doesn't really seem like much food. I think I eat more than that right now.

Oh if I could eat Brazilian food every day, I would be in heaven! My absolute favorite place to eat down there is called Da Licença. If I ate there three times a day, I'd be able to get 5000-6000 calories easily.

Brazilian food is some of the best friggin' food ever!! The most tender and delicious meat I've ever tasted...
