I wanna go on this in the future and stay on it for a while, esp when I go back to school so it boosts my immune system and I dont get sick while in school and work.
My worry is if it helps ur immune system so much that if you are on it for a prolnged period of time, when u get off does your natural immune system go to shit?
And can you just take it by itself??
