I normally take around 50g of protein in my shakes. I try to get about 2-3 in a day. Right now that's nearly 1g per pound of bodyweight. Is that too much from supplements or about what you guys take? I also eat plenty of meat and eggs and things, but was just wondering if you guys take about the same percentage or if I should taper it down
