I'm currently 5'10" and 185 lb. I would like to do a recomposition, gain lean muscle mass, and lose body fat at the same time. What do you think about 20 mg of RAD and 20 mg of GW501516? Should I run it for 12 weeks or 16 weeks, more recommended?
