Its all in your head, get a spotter to rack the weight for ya, its a great way to end a good chest day, been doing them for almost a year now and never once had a problem, just go lite and get a good feel for what you can handle, use the natural motion of the arm on the way down and you should touch just below the pecs, people that try to touch where normal bench does are the ones that end up hurt or have trouble with it, alot of people have a real mis-conception of this exercise, its NOT dangerous if your a smart person.
