8 weeks to atlanic states
hook back up with my trainer, Fahkri Mubarack, one of the best prep coaches in the business. really excited he thinks my prep is right on schedule to do very well in NY. again not weighing myself so dont know what i weight. just going for my best condition. Fak changed all of my sups and increased my food. should be able to continue to lean out with not much weight loss. id guess im around mid 230 this week.

6 week saturday
well this sat will be 6 weeks to go until i find my redemption at the atlantic states iin NY. im looking alot better at this point than my last prep. im right on sch to do very well. changing some of my gear this week to start bringing in more hardness and grany muscle. stay tuned for future updates

Yeah Ill give you that bro, you looked like a freak in that painted on white t-shirt tonight at the gym, lol,l did you borrow it from you nephew or something,lol, just playing but you did look great in gym tonight brutha as ur leaning out nice with full muscle bellys

5 weeks to redemption
so saturday will be 5 weeks to go. very pleases with progress. waqy ahead of where i was for the easterns. not worrying about weight so wont make same mistakes as last year. went back on dnp this week so added quite a bit of water but next week that will be out. cardio up a little this week and dropped carbs a little for a few days. think legs and back r coming in perfectly. crushing abs now to make sure that is on point
