short winter bulk cycle

wanted 2 throw this out there to get some of your opinions. This would be my 4th cycle , lookin 2 put on some quality mass and keep it. this is what i came up with.

test sus 650w 1-6
deca 400w 1-6
dbol 25d 1-4
winny 50eo 1-6
igf 40d 1-6

I usually run 10 week cycles but come 2 find out something always happens that cuts them short so im going to run shorties all year . i do have pct treatments

adex 1mg ed 2-6
clomid 100 d w 7


one question i have also ,would it be better 2 run the igf from wks 4-9 my take on this would be after the dbol and mid cycle thru pct 2 aid in retention? then i would have 3 weeks off till i run igf again.

Hey boss- got a couple of questions:
What are your stats?
If its short, why are you running a long releasing test like sust?
Curious- Why are you running dbol and winny at the same time?
 
im currently 5 10 190 want 2 get back 2 220 ester wise im trying 2 cut down on multiple injections. Im running the winny depo for its anti prog properties cause of the deca. in my research everything I have in this cycle affects muscle growth differently. wanting 2 attack from all angles i guess.
 
Personally I think these high dose (for a 4th cycle) short cycles are a waste. It takes TIME to build any appreciable maintainable muscle. If I were you I would make all of that into a low dose 30 week cycle. If you've done that much research than you must have stumbled onto some info regarding protein synthasis and turn over rates. That's not even taking into account HPTA recovery times. If you're bent on doing six week "cycles" you need to take HCG twice a week every week you're on.
I think you're also wasting your time doing Deca and sustanon in a 6 week cycle.
If anything you should be doing straight propionate or better yet suspension and NPP.
I think you need to do more research.

dude thanks for the nput i would run a low dose extended cycle but not sure how 2 set one up i will do some searchin for im in no hury. if u can think of any reads regaurding long cycles. and proper anti e & p and or supression therapy please let me no for this is y im a member at the mc thanks guys Trip

They're very basic and easy. I helped Leatherhead and you wouldn't believe the progress he made. He did 20 or 25 weeks with a simple 200mg of cyp and 200mg of deca. 1 shot a week. His physique is extremely impressive now as is his strength. At that low of a dose most don't need ant E or P, but that's going to depend on the person. Some pics would definately help us as well as goals, diet, training time, and experience. Personally I think people can make great gains on low doses its just that everyone is in such a hurry to see the scale move. Good muscle takes time. Your willingness to accept critique will definately be a strong plus for you.
 
major that was a good read and getting in and getting out was kind of my thinking up 2 this point (at pretty high doses) but after doing some more reading and dude gettin my wheels turning it makes sense that maybe a longer cycle would allow me to achieve my goals ( add alittle more size nothing crazy not lookin 2 compete at this point) . maybe in a few years.Im 35 5 10 190lbs last cycle i went up 2 230 some fat cut down 2 a decent 215-220. as far as diet this will have 2 change quantity wise . i feel I eat pretty clean i eat 5 times a day filler meals usually consist of carbs (ie. pretzels popcorn granola) that would change with my new lifting regimen 2 protein (shakes bars jerky pb ) and would add a gainer in there also. I have always been athletic usually faze in and out of the gym through out the year . have alot of home equipment. Id like 2 add that iv recently had some major changes happen in my life that has kept me from pursuing certain things (divorce) and at 35 its time 2 rededicate my time 2 something i use 2 love gettin big. I cant really post pics right now once i figure out how 2 cover tats ill post some. again any more info regurding a 30 week run would be great , was there a post on leatherheads transformation . sorry bout the long post, and thanks again ,Trip

As Dude said, my first cycle was 200 of each for 25 weeks, and I hit 210 lbs at 10%bf, and everyone thought I was like 225. My strength was up, for example, final sets of incline bench 315 for 6, deads 455 for 6, military press 275 for 6, and even with my bad knees,i still squatted for my final set 365 for 6. I know these numbers may not sound impressive to some of you, but when I was"natural" I could never touch anywhere near any of those numbers and my weight was, at my best, 225 @ 20% bf.
I'm now a firm believer that slow and steady wins the race. Bodybuilding is a marathon, not a100 meter dash.

Sorta sounds like TRT with a little kick. I like it.
 
I personally think the long acting stuff like the sust. and deca wouldnt kick in (where your really feel it) until about 4 weeks in...so you would only have 2 good weeks of it...thats way to short in my opinion to gain any real mass...If your going to do short cycles...I would do test prop 100-200mg EOD or test susp. 100mg ED and npp at 100mg EOD or ED...with an strong oral like d bol at 40mg per day....the IGF and HGH/insulin would help with the mass gains to...Just my opinion...I pretty much agree with the dude though to...A longer lower dose cycle would be great for ya...or a blast and cruise method...
 
thanxs chris i did end up going cyp and deca , a 30 weeker just need 2 get a few more things in order and on order and ill be good 2 go first im going 2 get my levels checked test and free test by the doc 2 see were im at , its been a few years and last time my free was low
