Well, as I posted earlier this week I went in on Monday for chest day and had to really fight through the workout. Tuesday I did quads and I stayed away from squats because there was no way I could hold on to any weight with my left shoulder killing me. I worked 12+ hours Wednesday, Thursday and Friday so I wasn't able to make it in then. So I got off work yesterday and was determined to make it to the gym to get in back, bis and tris. So before I go in, I apply 30mcg of MC IGF to my left rotator cuff and 30mcg to each tricep. Let me just say I haven't used IGF in about 6 months and I forgot how much I love the pumps from this stuff.
Anyway, on to the point, I had NO pain in my shoulder during or after the workout. I was in pain before I applied the IGF, but I applied it and waited about 30-45 minutes before I started lifting and no matter what exercise I did, I had no pain. Today it's a little sore, but not like it's been at any point since I initially hurt it. So the point is, MC IGF is the best out there for insane pumps and minor to moderate joint/tendon/muscle pain.
