I injured my shoulder in 2007 doing seated DB Press. It hurt me for a few years until March 2010 when i was forced to take some time off. I let my shoulder heal for 5 months and every was good. I was stronger when I went back. This past Dec 2010 NY had a huge snow storm and I re-injured my shoulder. It kinda sucks where I might have to take another time off. :uhoh:
