Time to go hit shoulders, this will be the first time I've been at my regular gym in about 2-3 weeks. I've been training at a different gym for a little while, but since they close at 4 on the weekends I'm heading to my regular gym which is the only place I seem to really get a great workout so I'm kind of excited
