Shrugs using the the low pullys.

Anyone do these? Adjust the cables to the bottom and hold them, while shruging.

Not quite sure what shurgs are, lol, but I'm curious, why the cable? I've always thought the barbell would be best.
 
i use the close grip for cable rows on the low pulley and shrug sometimes because i can hold it at the top really good

haha, I just noticed that, Im a dumbass. lol

With a cable you can pull at different angles by moving your body.
 
We have a Free Motion machine that works perfect for that. I alternate weekly between that and dumbells.
 
Shrugs of any kind are kinda pointless, but I think on a pulley would be even more so.
If you are doing deads, and barbell or DB rows, etc you shouldn't need direct trap work is where I was leaning. You look like a big dude in your avatar, maybe your energy would be better somewhere else?
